CP30 Series
The Eagle CP30 is a 3-roll universal section bending machine that steps up from the bench-top CP20 into serious mid-range production territory. With 1-3/16" (30mm) hardened shafts, 5" nominal rolls, and up to 1.50 HP of motor power, the CP30 handles flat bar up to 3" × 5/8", round bar to 1-1/8", square tube to 2" × 1", and Schedule 40 pipe to 1-1/2" — all in mild steel — while weighing in at approximately 550 pounds. It's a workhorse that stays manageable enough for mobile rigs, job trailers, and compact shop floors.
Available in 5 versions that fits a range of budgets and workflows — from the economy E models without LED readout to the fully-loaded PR2V with foot pedal control, rotating head for horizontal/vertical operation, two-speed drive, and LED digital readout. Every version ships with a 24-piece hardened universal roll set, knurled lower rolls for positive traction, thermal overload protection, emergency stops, and lateral material guides with bearing-mounted variable rate adjustment. Optional tooling extends the machine to tube and pipe, cap rail, angles bent in or out, bar twisting, scrolling, and custom extrusion profiles.

Five Configurations, One Standard of Quality
Carell offers the CP30 in five model variants so you buy exactly the capability you need. The model code tells you what you're getting: M for single-speed single-phase, 2V for two-speed three-phase, P for foot pedal rotation control, R for the rotating head that allows horizontal and vertical operation, and E for the economy version without LED display.
The CP30-PR2V and CP30-PRM sit at the top of the lineup — foot pedal controls free your hands for material handling, the rotating head lets you switch between vertical and horizontal bending positions to suit the workpiece, and the LED readout locks in repeat accuracy. The CP30-MS is a short-base version purpose-built for use on trailers, tailgates, and workbenches where footprint matters. The CP30E-PR and CP30E-RPM deliver the same rotary head and foot pedal convenience at a lower price point by omitting the LED display. Regardless of the variant, every CP30 shares the same frame, shafts, rolls, and build quality.
