CP40 Series

The Eagle CP40 is the backbone of the Eagle lineup and one of the most widely deployed section bending machines in the world, with over 24,000 units produced. Built around 1-5/8" (40mm) hardened shafts and 6-3/8" nominal rolls, it rolls 2" pipe, 2" angle, 2" square tube, 4" flats, and much more — delivering the power and rigidity to handle serious structural work while remaining compact enough to operate in both vertical and horizontal positions without shop modifications.

Available in four model versions — the CP40-H, CP40-HREV, CP40-H2, and CP40-M — the CP40 gives fabrication shops, ornamental ironworkers, and production facilities a proven platform that fits a range of budgets and workflow requirements. Every version ships with an 18-component universal tooling set in 55 HRC hardened tool steel, LED digital readout, dual foot pedal controls, and the heaviest solid steel frame in its class. Hydraulic models add the DP7 Auto-Repeat Programmable Control with 40-position memory, and all four versions operate in both vertical and horizontal positions right out of the box.

Four Versions to Match Your Shop

The CP40 comes in four configurations, each sharing the same frame, shafts, rolls, and build quality but offering different levels of automation and drive.

The CP40-H is the flagship — hydraulic roll adjustment, 3 driven rolls, mobile control console, and DP7 auto-repeat programmable controls — weighing in at approximately 1,400 lbs with a 3.6 HP motor.

The CP40-HREV adds variable speed rotation to the H model for finer control over feed rate during forming.

The CP40-H2 offers hydraulic adjustment and auto-repeat control at a lower price point with 2 driven rolls and a 2.25 HP motor, coming in at about 1,300 lbs.

The CP40-M is the manual-adjust model — 2 driven rolls, foot pedal controls, and LED readout for repeat positioning — at approximately 1,450 lbs. All four share the same 32" × 54" × 57" footprint and the same capacity range, so choosing your version is about matching the level of automation to your production needs and budget.
