The Eagle CP60 is the heavy hitter at the top of the Eagle section bending lineup. Built around massive 2-3/8" (60mm) hardened shafts and 8.85" nominal rolls, this machine handles the structural profiles that smaller benders can't touch — flat bar to 5" × 1", angle to 3" × 5/16", C-channel to 5" × 2", Schedule 40 pipe to 2-1/2", and round tube to 3-1/2" × 12 gauge — all in mild steel. At approximately 2,425 lbs, the CP60 plants itself in your shop and stays put, delivering the mass and rigidity needed for heavy structural and architectural bending.
Available in two versions — the CP60-H and CP60-H REV (variable speed) — the CP60 comes standard with DP7 programmable controls featuring 400-position auto-repeat memory and digital radius readout capability, LED readouts, a detached mobile operator console, dual foot pedal rotation controls, and an 18-piece hardened universal roll set. When the job calls for serious section bending capacity without stepping up to a full CNC machine, the CP60 is the answer.
Where the CP20 and CP30 offer LED readout for manual repeat positioning, and the CP40 adds 40-position memory, the CP60 jumps to the DP7 Programmable Control with 400-position auto-repeat memory. This is production-grade automation for shops running repetitious bending jobs — program your roll positions once, and the machine returns to each stored position automatically on every subsequent piece.
The DP7 also brings digital radius readout capability. Paired with the optional Digital Radius Instrument, it displays your actual bending radius in real time — not just roll position, but the geometry of the bend itself. For structural and architectural work where radius tolerances are specified on drawings, this eliminates the trial-and-error cycle of bending test pieces, measuring, adjusting, and re-bending. Combined with the detached mobile operator console on a long trailing lead, the operator can monitor controls and manage material from a safe working distance.
