The Parmigiani VBH is a hydraulic 4-roll plate bending machine built on nearly a century of Italian forming expertise. Engineered for both cylindrical and conical bending, the VBH handles plate thicknesses from 0.05" to 12.0" and roll lengths from 1 ft. to 26 ft. — one of the widest manufacturing ranges available in any single machine line. Full Frame Design & Heavy-Duty Bearings
The VBH's mono-block frame is the most robust in its class — a stress-relieved, CNC-machined welded fabrication designed to absorb all bending forces without transmitting loads to the foundation. Unlike competitors that rely on slim frames reinforced with thin cover plates, the VBH frame is deliberately oversized to maintain stiffness and geometric accuracy over decades of heavy use.
Every bending roll rides on four heavy-duty self-aligning spherical roller bearings in swiveling housings. Each bearing is sized to handle the full bending load on its own, so the system distributes forces evenly across the roll's entire width — even during demanding cone rolling operations. The swiveling housing design also means permanent lubrication and dramatically reduced maintenance. This is a machine engineered for continuous, high-tonnage production with minimal downtime.
